Spend time with people over 70 and under 6.
Dream more.
Eat more food that grows on trees and less food that is made in factories.
Drink a lot of water.
Make at least three people smile a day.
Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
Don't remind your family and friends of past fights, it will hinder your happiness in the present. Throw negative thoughts out of your head and look at the positive sides.
Understand that life is a school and you came here to learn. Problems are part of the school curriculum, they will end like a math lesson, and the knowledge you have learned will remain forever.
Life is too short to waste time on hatred. Don't hate anyone.
Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
You don't need to win every argument. Learn to admit when you are wrong.
