Out of the three boxes above the middle cell (first house), At the bottom is the last (second house) of the three boxes on the left, remember of these two houses first. Then go through from the top right to the bottom middle box, Keep filling in the Naqsh with the English letter (N) from the top left to the bottom middle of the box. Now only two boxes will be left. Fill in the first one. Then the one below.
Now combine each of its districts from right to left or from top to bottom. The sum will be the same. The sum of the two diagonal districts will also be fifteen, which is the number of Eve.

The word Musallas/triangle is derived from Arabic word (Sulas). And a Sulas is called three in Arabic. A map made up of three cells on all four sides is called a Musallas/triangle.
