jump into the sea

If you want to die, jump into the sea

There is a famous Arabic proverb that.
“If you want to die, jump into the sea, you will see that you are fighting to stay alive. You don’t actually want to die, you want to kill something inside you.”
This phrase seems like a common thing, but in reality it is a very deep lesson in life. Often when a person gets tired, gives up or is surrounded by suffering, he feels that everything should end now. But in reality he does not want to end his life, but rather wants to end the pain, fear and helplessness within himself.
This proverb reminds us of how precious life itself is. As soon as a person is in danger, every part of his body and mind starts fighting for survival. He even beats his hands and feet underwater, yearns for air, tries to live. This moment shows that we really want to live.
There are difficulties and sorrows in life. Sometimes we go through a loss, sometimes dreams are shattered, sometimes our own people hurt us. At that time it seems as if we can't take it anymore. But this inner call is not actually a call for death, it is a call for change. This voice says that now is the time for you to end your old state, your old fear, your old weakness and become a new person.
The example of jumping into the ocean is very meaningful. When we keep running away from a fear, pain or difficulty, it grows. But as soon as we face it, as soon as we step into our ocean, a new courage is born within us. We learn to swim, we learn to fight, we learn to change.
Real strength is born when we recognize the fear within us and overcome it. Whether this fear is of failure, of loneliness or of the future, until we face it, it will continue to weaken us from the inside. And when we stand firm in the face of it, then we understand that we did not want to die, but we wanted to end that burden, that pain, that weakness within us.
Life is a gift. It is full of experiences, opportunities, relationships and dreams. But we know its true value only when we are in the midst of danger or difficulty. At that time, our soul reminds us that we want to live, we want to move forward, we want to stand up again.
This proverb teaches us the lesson that instead of running away from life, face the problems within us.
Eliminate your fears, understand your pain and kill what is eating you from the inside.
This is real courage.
Real courage is not that we always appear strong, real courage is that we recognize our weaknesses, face them and decide to live with renewed courage.
We all have a strength within us that does not let us sink. We just have to believe in that strength.
We do not want to die. We just want to kill the fears and weaknesses within us so that we can live life to the fullest.
